Return Policy

Please don’t worry, you have 14 days to return items.

 

The item must be unused in its original packaging with labels attached, these are the conditions of our policy, and items returned in any other condition than this will not be refunded.

 

Upon receipt, providing the items are in as stated condition, we will issue a refund or exchange.

 

Please notify us by email before returning your item, stating the reason for the return, do not return without contacting us first.

 

Items purchased in-store must be returned with the receipt, returns will not be accepted without the proof of purchase.

 

Due to the nature of our vintage items, returns or refunds will not be offered.

Damaged in Transit…

If your parcel has been damaged in transit, take photos of the damaged packaging and items in order for us to claim from the shipping provider.

 

Faulty Goods…

You have 30 days to contact us regarding a faulty item, please note that beyond that date we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

 

The cost of return postage is payable by the customers, the only exception is if the item was sent in error or was being returned due to a fault as previously agreed via email, original postage is not refunded.

 

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning, we are not liable for goods lost in the post while being returned.

 

Please return items in their original packaging to properly protect the item, as this may result in a refund not being issued and with a brief description of the reason for your return, along with your order number.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods (in as stated condition in this policy) and will be made within 7 days of their arrival back at the store, and to the original payment method.
